使用喷泉泵时,有几点需要特别注意:
1、设备接地:
为保证喷泉使用时的人身安全,对潜水泵的强制性标准的要求就是采取保护接地,否则一旦泵壳漏电,泵出水口附近的水以及蓄水池水面就会带电,严重危及人畜的安全,也会造成电能的浪费。
如果将喷泉泵的金属外壳与符合标准的接地体(接地电阻不大于4Ω)接地连接,漏电时,电流经泵壳、地线、接地体、地、变压器的工作接地线和电源形成一个闭合回路,一旦漏电电流过大,就是使泵的保护装置工作——熔断器熔断或空气开关跳闸,自动断开喷泉泵的电源。
2、安装漏电保护器:
一旦漏电危机发生,只要漏电值超过漏电保护器的动作电流值,通常不超过30mA,漏电保护器就会工作,断开开关,使喷泉停止运行。
3、电源电压异常时开机:
作为潜水泵,电压过高、过低都会使泵体温度上升,缩短泵的使用寿命,甚至烧坏,而现在在很多地方都存在低压供电线路较长或者线路始端电压过高、终端电压过低的问题。因此喷泉运行时,操作者应时刻关注电源电压值,当电源电压值高于额定电压10%或低于额定电压10%,以及电流超过额定电流20%时,都要立即停机,避免电压异常时开机。
4、电机反方向旋转:
虽然有些喷泉潜水泵可以正反向双出水,但是由于反转出水量小电流大,所以反转时间过长也会损坏电机。
5、避免长期超负荷工作

When using the fountain pump, there are several points that need special attention:
1. Equipment grounding:
In order to ensure the personal safety of fountain, the national compulsory standard for submersible pump is to adopt protective grounding. Otherwise, once the pump shell leaks, the water near the pump outlet and the water surface of the reservoir will be electrified, seriously endangering the safety of people and animals, and also causing the wave cost of electric energy.
If the metal shell of the fountain pump is connected to the grounding body (the grounding resistance is not more than 4 Ω) meeting the national standard, when leakage occurs, the current will form a closed circuit through the working grounding wire and power supply of the pump shell, grounding body, grounding and transformer. Once the leakage current is too large, the protection device of the pump will work - fuse or air switch will trip, and the spray will be automatically disconnected Power supply of spring pump.
2. Install leakage protector:
Once the leakage crisis occurs, as long as the leakage value exceeds the action current value of the leakage protector, usually no more than 30mA, the leakage protector will work, disconnect the switch, and stop the fountain.
3. Start up when the power supply voltage is abnormal:
As a submersible pump, too high or too low voltage will make the pump body temperature rise, shorten the service life of the pump, or even burn out. Now in many places, there are problems such as long low-voltage power supply line, too high line start voltage and too low terminal voltage. Therefore, when the fountain is running, the operator should always pay attention to the power supply voltage value. When the power supply voltage value is higher than 10% or lower than 10% of the rated voltage, and the current is higher than 20% of the rated current, the operator should stop the machine immediately to avoid starting when the voltage is abnormal.
4. Reverse rotation of motor:
Although some fountain submersible pumps can produce water in both positive and negative directions, due to the small amount of reverse water and large current, the motor will be damaged if the reverse time is too long.
5. Avoid long-term overload
